We have done our best to make this cottage warm and inviting. We think it is the perfect family retreat and think you will enjoy the lake, the woods and the accomodations. For a complete list of the facilities please contact us directly. If you have special needs or requests please feel free to ask. We will do our best to make your stay great.
The Cottage was built in 2004 and we purchased it in 2007. We have updated the decor and amenities. We are near by and can be contacted anytime during your stay. We will handle any issues that may come up ASAP.
Our goal is that you have a wonderful time and you want to come back year-after-year. |

| The cottage is set back from the lake approx. 150' from the lake. Wamplers Lake Rd. runs between the cottage lawn and the lake front grassy area. |

A refundable Rental Deposit of $250/wk is Required to Hold Reservation. This deposit converts to your Security Deposit upon Check in. See Rental Agreement for details.
A refundable Security Deposit of $250/wk is Required. It will be refunded in full after your stay, provided no unnecessary damage(s).
A refundable Pet Deposit of $250 will be Required for guests with Pet(s).
We ask that the presence of your pet be disclosed in advance and for an additional amount be added to the security deposit. We ask that pet waste is picked up daily.
Please NO PETS on Furniture or Beds. We would appreciate it if you vaccuum if your pet sheds excessively.
Waste must be picked up immediately. |
