| Tidewatch Accommodations are just 1 ½ blocks to the boardwalk and 2 blocks to Rehoboth Ave, so you can park your car and walk to everything! There is a 4 bedroom house, a 4 bedroom cottage and a 1 bedroom apartment, all with central heat and air conditioning. The house and cottage each have 2 off-street parking spaces with 2 additional on-street parking permits in season; the apartment has 1 off-street parking space plus 1 on-street permit in season. There are 2 shared hot/cold outdoor showers. All accommodations overlook a lovely butterfly garden. |

*Rebuilt in 2000, modern and spacious, sleeps up to 10 guests
*Weekly rentals July and August only, $3500
*4 bedrooms: 2 with queens, 2 with a double and twin
*3 bathrooms, one with tub DW, Microwave, W/D, DVD, TV, VCR, Phone, Gas Grill, Screened porch, balcony, fenced yard
The Cottage:
*New kitchen in 2001, sleeps up to 12 guests
*Weekly rentals year round, rates up to $2400 June through August
*4 bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 double and bunk, 2 with 2 twins, queen sleeper in living room and double futon in second living area
*3 full baths, one with tub DW, Microwave, W/D, DVD, TV, VCR, Phone, Gas Grill, Gas Fireplace and other amenities
Screened porch and partially fenced yard
*Rentals September through mid-May, 2 night minimum $650, additional days - rates vary with maximum of $950 a week. All linens and paper products supplied for an additional $65 for weekend rentals.
Also available as a 3 bedroom/2 bath in the off season for a reduced rate
