After fun in the sun, come back to this spacious, well-appointed home only minutes from the town of Bethany Beach Delaware. Park your car out of the heat in the two-car garage. Sand between your toes, no problem, this home comes with an outside shower. When you are all cleaned up, enjoy the breathtaking views from the back of this home overlooking the golf course and a beautiful pond with ducks and geese. Cook meals on the back deck that is complete with and Amish built gazebo with a dining set , patio furniture and grill. After dinner, you may want to swing a few clubs, no problem, this home is right on Bethany's premier golf course.
Shot not quite right, that's ok, just visit the pro-shop and driving range to get it right. Kids are jumping, no problem there either. Why not take them to the all-natural miniature golf course, or the arcade, or the swimming pool, or the tennis courts, or the volley ball and basketball courts. Note, I did not say schlep downtown with a million other people and dream about participating in half of these activities. All are available right at the resort. Remember, you are not just at the beach, you are staying at a resort at the beach. When you think about it, it doesn't get any better than this.
After all this fun and excitement, available exclusively to owners and guests of Bethany's premiere resort community, you may be wanting to wind down and relax. What better way to do that than to bubble away in the Jacuzzi bath. Later, if you decide that you don't want to go out on the town, no problem. Every bedroom has a 27-inch
color television with remote. The master bedroom and the family rooms also have dvd/vcr players.
You will sleep well; this home comes with Serta Perfect Sleeper, pillow top mattresses. The three guestrooms have two queens in each, the master has a king sized mattress. The family room also has
a queen sleeper/sofa. This well-appointed home easily sleeps 12 people.
Brought a little work with you down to the beach, that's ok, this home comes with a home office complete with Internet connection, keyboard tray and built in cabinets, bookcase and desktop.
All of the furniture this home is in a gorgeous rustic Mexican wood motif. Remember this is a new home. Everything is pristine and clean. To keep it that way, we do not allow smoking or pets, no exceptions and we ask that our guests take our home as if it was theirs.
Bethany is a quiet family oriented seashore resort just 20 miles from Ocean City, Maryland to the South and Rehoboth Beach to the North. Bethany is generally considered to be the most desirable of the family-oriented beaches that Delaware has to offer. The Salt Pond is the only resort community located within Bethany Beach. |
