This newly renovated (2002) Cape is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. It has 4 large bedrooms, a TV room with queen size pull out sofa, and 3 full bathrooms! The large back yard has an in-ground heated pool. The living room with beautiful birch hardwood flooring has a working fireplace and the dining area looks out to a large deck/pool (21x21) and large fenced in back yard. Also a family/rec room in the basement with pool table, couches, cable TV with VCR, and a MS Pac Man arcade video game! Just a short trip to everything - ferries, beaches, golf, Main St, Mashpee Commons, boating, etc. Regardless of the weather, this is the perfect house to rent!
All the outdoor furniture, BBQ-grill, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, 'fridge, stove, etc are all new in 2002. Cable TV with VCR in any of the three living rooms, DVD is on the main floor.
Pool is available ONLY from mid May to late Sept, weather permitting. Hi speed internet available from June to Labor Day. |
