The house is located less than a block from the Maryland State Capitol, and a few steps from the City Dock. A short walk will bring you to the gates of the U.S. Naval Academy.

First Floor Details:
*The downstairs living room has a queen size couch bed. Next to the couch is a chest with all necessary bedding.
*The living room flooring is antique with oriental rugs.
*The kitchen includes basic cookware, dishes, glasses, and flatware. The kitchen flooring is old recycled pine.
*The table in the eating area seats six.
*The downstairs 1/2 bath is situated off the kitchen with a window overlooking Fleet St.
*The private parking space is off Fleet St., next to the back door.
Second Floor Details:
*Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a full bath.
The bedrooms both have closets and dressers for storage.
*One bedroom has a queen size bed.
*The second bedroom has a double bed.
*The full bathroom has a large bathtub/shower and a washer/dryer. There are plenty of towels. |
