CHECK IN will be after 4:00 P. M. on the arrival date with no early occupancy requests.
CHECK OUT on the date of departure will be by 10:00 A. M. with no late departures. All keys are to be returned to the office.
ALL RENTALS ARE TO FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS ONLY. No high school, college or civic groups, chaperoned or
not, are permitted.
NO SMOKING is permitted inside any property. Smoking is permitted outside only.
PETS are not permitted in any of the rental properties with the exception of designated pet properties.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS must be in writing and received by Agent. A 60 day notice is required for cancellation.
CAUSEWAY TOLL charge is a $6.00 round-trip toll to reach Sanibel and Captiva.
NEITHER AGENT nor Owner shall have any responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. |
