This charming three bedroom villa is located just steps from the Bloody Point Golf Club (a Weiskopf / Morrish designed golf course). Just hop in your complimentary golf cart and just a short ride takes you to the Melrose Golf Club (a Nicklaus design), both of which are also part of the world-class Daufuskie Island Resort & Breathe Spa. Here on this pristine private island and overlooking the sand dunes and ocean, Sandy Lane has its own private swimming pool. Many are not aware that this private island getaway is just waiting for them.
The Sandy Lane villa comes with tastefully designed interiors featuring 3 bedrooms/3 baths with wraparound balcony overlooking the expansive, pristine beach, 2 master suites, a whirlpool tub, separate showers, and top-of-the-line appliances. The setting is secluded and on its own beach, within close proximity to Breathe Spa. Resort Fees: There is a $15.00 per bedroom /per night resort amenity fee. Weekly and monthly rentals include the resort fee.
Daily or weekly housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost.
An extra golf cart rental is available for $250 per month for monthly visitors.
Golf Pass - $349 good for unlimited golf Sunday (after 11am) - Thursday - Friday, Saturday and AM Sunday pay prevailing rates.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Nightly Rates:
There is a one night room and tax deposit required at time of booking. The tax rate is 10%.
Minimum night stay requirements may apply for some nightly rentals.
Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposits for nightly reservations cancelled more than 72 hours in advance will be refunded, less a $50.00 handling fee.
Weekly and Monthly Rates:
50% of the entire stay is required at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposits for weekly and monthly reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance will be refunded, less a $50.00 handling fee.
All charges will be reflected on the credit card that was given at the time of making your reservation.
Pricing is 10% commissionable to travel agents.
