From New York
Take NJ Turnpike than PA Turnpike Exit 339 (Fort Washington) then Rt.309 South exit Paper Mill Rd/Chestnut Hill College. Turn right onto Paper Mill Rd, drive to the end than turn left (90 degree) onto Stenton Ave. Cross small intersection with Bethlehem Pike (very close) , and watch for Silverstone B&B on the right side of the road.
From Philadelphia airport
By Rail:
Take the Septa regional rail R7 to Chestnut Hill East Station.
Walking from Chestnut Hill East Train Station Turn right onto Newton Street, and go to dead-end at Stenton Ave. Do not cross Stenton Ave. but turn left and walk along the wooden fence. Silverstone B&B is a second house from the corner of Stenton Ave. and Newton Street.
By car:
Follow the signs I-95 north to I-76 west (Sckuylkill Expressway) to Exit 340A (Lincoln Drive). Drive to the end of Lincoln drive, turn right onto Allens Lane, drive to the end than turn left onto Germantown Ave until you see flower shop on the corner of Germantown Ave and Cresheim Valley Rd. Turn right onto Cresheim Valley and follow to dead -end at Stenton Avenue. Turn left onto Stenton Avenue. You will be driving exactly 1,1 miles to Silverstone B&B located on the left side of Stenton Avenue (pass 4 lights). If you get to the intersection of Stenton Avenue with Bethlehem Pike or Paper Mill Roadyou are too far. |
