Recently renovated and creatively decorated with an unusual collection of fine art and sculpture, we present an environment to stimulate your senses, one that is a perfect setting for a romantic getaway or just a relaxing weekend away from the daily grind.

We have an eclectic collection of art and sculpture ranging from ancient Chinese to contemporary luminous glass and neon sculpture to make your stay here stimulating and aesthetically pleasing. The art here will also be changing regularly as we display the work of many local artists on a rotating basis.
We also offer assistance in exploring the rich art scene here in New Orleans including tours of local artists' private studios and discounts in the purchase of their work. If you are interested in the production of metal sculpture including brass casting or curious about glass blowing or neon bending, come to us. |

| A Creole Cottage originally built in 1842, the Arts B&B is located in the historic district of Faubourg Marigny, immediately adjacent to the French Quarter. The Faubourg Marigny is home to the best clubs for live New Orleans jazz and R&B music as well as phenomenal restaurants and some of the most interesting art venues the city has to offer. In fact, the Faubourg Marigny and adjacent Bywater community are home to more artists and art studios than any other section of New Orleans, lending a bohemian, creative character to the neighborhood. |

Rates quoted include all taxes and surcharges
High season (October 1 through June 30th):
Rate Range (per night): $120-$140
weekends may be subject to two to four nights minimum.
Low season (July 1st through September 30th, including December)
Rate Range (per night): $95-$110
weekends may be subject to two to four nights minimum.
Special Events & Holidays (list)
Rate Range (per night): $175-$195
Special Event rates are subject to a three - four nights minimum
ROOM RESERVATION DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
The reservation deposit amount required for a standard reservation is Room plus tax for the first night stay at the time of booking; the Full Balance is charged to the credit card seven (7) days before arrival. Special events require a sixty (60) day 100% full pre-payment and are charged to the credit card
ROOM RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICIES
All Cancellations must be given in writing. A $25 cancellation processing fee applies to all cancellations, including early departure. If cancelled within seven (7) days of a standard reservation date, or within sixty (60) days of a special event reservation date (events, holidays and conventions), the charges are non- refundable, and will result in 100% of stay.
KEY DEPOSIT:
A refundable deposit of $25 is required on the electronic security key fob

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards and personal checks. We also accept debit cards.

The Guestrooms:
Each guestroom features cable television, telephone with answering service and free local and domestic long distance calls, and wireless internet access. We have a fully appointed massage room with massage services available.
Wheelchair Access:
We are the only bed and breakfast in the Faubourg Marigny that offers Wheelchair Access.
Breakfast:
Our continental breakfast features delicious pastries from a local bakery as well as fresh fruit, cereal, juice, coffee and tea. We are also quite close to a number of excellent coffee houses and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Other amenities and special services are also available including:
Catered Meals, Picnic Meals, Fresh Flowers, Laundry Service, Bicycle Rental, Carriage Rides, Massage and Facials.
Transportation:
Upon request, we can arrange for a limo or sedan to meet you at the airport and deliver you directly to us. Once you are at the Arts, five major public transportation bus lines are accessible within two blocks.
We can arrange for special catered meals at the Arts B&B including authentic Cajun shrimp and crawfish boils!
