1. Minimum age of renter is 25 years.
2. Damage/Reservation Deposit: There is no damage deposit required, however credit card information is obtained and kept until renter has checked out and owner verifies there is no damage to property. Renter agrees that:
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. Renter washes all used dishes. A minimum $25 fee will be added for unwashed dishes.
c. All keys are left in mailbox and unit is left locked.
d. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
e. No linens are lost or damaged.
f. No Early check-in or late check-out without prior consent of property owners.
3. Payment: There is no advance payment required, however we ask for credit card information along with your reservation.
4. Cancellations: A fourteen (14) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than (14) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 14 days of the arrival date may be charged one night's lodging rate of $150. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. |

| The Guest House is an 1880's 3-bedroom Victorian home in one of Dayton, Washington's Historic Districts, just 2 blocks from town. At the Guest House you'll enjoy privacy and charm with all the amenities of home. The fully stocked kitchen allows you and your family to prepare your own meals, and the antique furnishings and crystal chandeliers allow you to enjoy your meal with old world elegance. The parlor offers satellite TV, DVD player, and classic books for you to enjoy during your stay. |
