The cottage is located in beautiful Bethune Beach, 1/2 mile to Nat. seashore, surrounded by river on one side and ocean on the other. Nestled between two undeveloped lots with redwinged blackbirds and peaceful quiet.
Bike riding to the National Seashore park is outstanding, with virtually no other people on the beach.
This is a wonderful place to get away, swim, bike ride, walk, or just sit on the porch and relax. The cottage is very unique inside, with a beamed ceiling, and tongue and groove pine all around. This cottage was moved here on a barge, and was one of the first houses in this area.

Cape Canaveral National park is less than 1/2 mile.
Biking along beach road is outstanding, and hiking in National park is also wonderful.
There is one restaurant on this end of the island, and many others within 3 or 4 miles.
Fishing and surfing are well known here, and beach is not very busy with people.
